For Pontoon boat rental, No need to arrive in advance for pontoon boat rental.

A person must be at least 25 years of age to rent a boat
And have a major credit card to rent the boat on their own.
ANYONE BORN BEFORE 1988 DOES NOT NEED THE BOATING SAFETY CERTIFICATE! ( BOATERS LICENSE)
If you were born after 1987 : To get your temporary boaters safety certificate,

There are 2 options. $3 for one chance to pass with no study material or $9.99 to receive study material and unlimited chances to pass. This must be completed prior to your rental day and the printed certificate must be with you on the boat along with photo ID. This rental exam is valid for 90 days.

If your boat rental is canceled due to weather, you can ask to reschedule it or ask for a full refund.
FREE Same-Day booking Changes/Cancellation (Only for bad weather condition)
We’re here to help you make Same-Day Ticket Changes or Cancellation. These changes mean that you’re making a booking change or cancellation within 24-48 hours of your originally scheduled departure time.
When complications such as weather, mechanical delays occur, you are eligible to request a booking credit or refund for your ticket. In these situations, please submit a refund request by phone: 561-359-4747.
For any other change/cancellation within 48 hours prior the booking date, $100 additional fees will be applied for full refund and $50 fees per change.

Risk-Free Cancellation means that after you’ve purchased a qualifying boat rental Ticket, you have up to 2 days before your boat’s rental to change or cancel it for any reason and receive a full refund with no fees.

For all tickets purchased, customers who do not show up for a boat rental without changing or canceling their reservation 48 hours prior departure will lose the value of their ticket.

The price for several days will be lower than the normal price.
Yes, you could keep the boat overnight but you can NOT operate the boat at night. In addition, you must make sure that the boat is well attached and that it is not likely to be damaged.
We do not charge extra for keeping the boat overnight but you must take 2 consecutive rental days.
